As a courtesy for existing clients we provide extended coverage into the USA evening for after hours maintenance and patching. This doubles as coverage for teams who are based in Asia such as UTC +8, including HKT (Hong Kong Time), CST (China Standard Time), PHT (Philippine Time), SGT (Singapore Time), and AWST (Australian Western Standard Time):
