These are our standard support hours for our non-Enterprise SLAs and new or ad-hoc clients:

Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm ET
Saturday - Sunday Closed

 

Extended Support

As a courtesy for existing clients we provide extended coverage into the USA evening for after hours maintenance and patching. This doubles as coverage for teams who are based in Asia such as UTC +8, including HKT (Hong Kong Time), CST (China Standard Time), PHT (Philippine Time), SGT (Singapore Time), and AWST (Australian Western Standard Time):

Friday Closed
Saturday Closed
Sunday 9pm - 4am ET

We offer full 24/7/365 support with a 1 hour guaranteed response via our Enterprise SLAs, see our Service Levels and Support, Management, Monitoring, and Security Plans for more detail.
