Transparent per-system pricing for Infrastructure Management and optional add-on services. Choose the service levels that fit your environment, system roles, and coverage needs.
How pricing works
Every managed system is priced per month based on its assigned service level. The base service is Infrastructure Management, which covers incident response, operating system maintenance, change management, and coordination with your internal teams and vendors.
Optional add-on services such as Infrastructure Security Oversight and Backups are priced separately and added where needed.
Services are delivered under 12-month agreements and billed monthly. New engagements also include a one-time onboarding fee, which is scoped into your custom quote based on the environment and transition work involved. Volume pricing is available for environments with 100 or more systems.

How services fit together
Infrastructure Management is the base service. It covers monitoring, incident response, OS maintenance, change management, and vendor coordination for your systems.
Infrastructure Security Oversight adds security-focused coverage on top of that base. It covers vulnerability management, security patching cadence, compliance-oriented hardening, and security event review. It is available for systems already under Infrastructure Management.
Backups provides off-site backup, retention management, integrity verification, and recovery execution for managed systems. Like ISO, it builds on the foundation provided by Infrastructure Management.
Each add-on service is optional and priced separately. You can apply them where they fit your environment.
Flexible by design
Every environment is different. Some teams use a single service level across all systems. Others assign different levels based on system role, criticality, or risk.
Infrastructure Security Oversight and Backups can be added where they are needed and left out where they are not.
The goal is not to force your environment into a predefined structure. It is to align coverage with how your systems are actually used.
